Important Update: Change in DLT platform for A2P SMS Operations

If your DLT platform is PingConnect, kindly note that effective 08 October 2025, the PingConnect DLT platform will no longer be available for DLT operations.

Actions required from Entity (PE)
PingConnect will migrate your DLT Profile, including all associated A2P SMS DLT assets (Membership, Headers, Templates, etc.), from PingConnect to SmartPing at no cost. All you have to do is login to PingConnect and give your consent for migration.
 
Upcoming Changes and Transition Details
On 08 October 2025, you will get new DLT login credentials from SmartPing and all your existing DLT assets will remain intact and continue to function as usual.
