Process to Get Your Email Domain Unblocked
Your email domain get blocked or disabled if it has a high failure rate. Before blocking, MSG91 will send you continuous notifications if your failure rate exceeds 1%.
To maintain a good sender reputation, we recommend:
Keeping your failure rate below 1%.
Validating your email list to remove invalid or inactive email addresses.
This improves inbox placement, protects your sender reputation, and helps prevent domain blocking.
If your domain is already blocked and you want to request unblocking:
Fill out the unblocking form.
Our team will check your details and, if all conditions are met, your domain will be re-enabled within 4-8 working hours.
Make sure you have taken all necessary precautionary measures (like list cleaning and failure rate control, email validation implementation). If these are not addressed, the domain will not be re-enabled.
Note: Please note that the process may take longer on non-working business days.
