How to increase Domain Limit?

The default email per hour sending limit provided by MSG91 is 500 emails/per hour. If you want to send a higher volume of emails, then you can request an increase in your email domain sending limit.

For New Users of MSG91

If you are a new MSG91 user and have recently added your domain, the email per-hour sending limit will gradually increase as you send more emails. First, warm up your emails by sending them consistently for a few days. After that, you can fill out this Google form to request a domain limit increase. For Old Users of MSG91

If you are an existing MSG91 user, please fill out the Google form to request an increase in your domain’s per-hour sending limit. Once the form is submitted, our concern team will review it.

Please note that it may take 1–2 business hours after submitting the form to review the request from our end.

Once reviewed, your account’s email sending limit will be increased, and you will be notified.

Note: Please note that the process of increasing the limit may take some time, as it can only be carried out on business days.
