Common Signup Problems & Solutions

  1. IP Blocked

This error occurs due to multiple continuous signup attempts from the same IP, which led to the IP being temporarily blocked.

To proceed, please try signing up again using a different system or IP address. This should allow you to complete the signup process smoothly.

Note: Your IP will be automatically unblocked after 20 hours.

  1. Domain Blocked

Please contact support with a screenshot of the error “The provided email domain is currently blocked“, as your domain is blocked on MSG91. The support team will review the request.

  1. Invalid Magic link or token

Please try signing up after clearing your cache and cookies or by using incognito mode. If the issue still persists, kindly contact us at support for further assistance.

  1. Account Disabled

There is a possibility that your account has been disabled due to prolonged inactivity, which may have caused the error:

“Invalid user details for logging in; please contact support at support@MSG91.com.” Kindly contact support to get your account re-enabled and continue using MSG91 services.

  1. Account Deleted

This error, Your account is not active; please contact support at support@MSG91.comoccurs if you try to sign up within 7 days of deleting your account because accounts are permanently removed only after 7 days. Please try signing up again after this period.
