Why Didn’t I Receive My Bonus Amount?
We provide a bonus balance to users who make their first purchase within 24 hours of signing up. The bonus offer remains valid for 24 hours after signup. If the purchase is made after this period, the bonus will no longer be applicable.
Multiple Company Accounts
If you are part of multiple companies and you’ve already received the bonus from any one company, the offer will not be applicable for other companies.
Duplicate Mobile Numbers
If your mobile number matches an existing company’s contact, we do not count it as a unique user, and the bonus will not be provided.
Email Domain Check
Public domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo): The bonus offer will be provided.
Private domains (e.g., @company.com):
If another company already exists with the same domain → Bonus Offer will not be provided
If no other company exists with that domain → Bonus Offer will be provided
Note:
If you didn’t receive the bonus, it’s most likely due to one of the above conditions.
Please note, the maximum bonus amount that can be offered is ₹7,500/375 GBP/375 USD
