Webhooks

The Webhooks feature lets you automatically notify external systems whenever specific actions occur inside your Docstar collection.

To create a webhook, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Collection Settings → Webhooks

  2. Under Add webhook, fill the following:

    • Name: A label to identify the webhook

    • Webhook URL: The endpoint where Docstar will POST data

    • Events: Select one or multiple triggers

  3. Click Add webhook.


Configured Webhooks

After creation, all active webhooks appear in the Configured Webhooks section, which displays:

  • Name

  • URL

  • Events registered

  • Created at

  • Manage controls (edit/delete)

This helps you review and maintain integrations easily.


Webhook activity

Docstar maintains a dedicated Webhook Activity section where you can review who created, updated, or removed webhooks in the collection.
