WhatsApp Integration

Connect your WhatsApp Business Number to Hello and manage all chats from one place. Refer to the attached video help guide or follow the steps mentioned below -

Steps to Integrate WhatsApp with Hello

1. Open MSG91 Dashboard

   • Log in to MSG91 Dashboard.

   • Click on WhatsApp Microservice

2. Access Numbers Panel

   • Click on Number in the left vertical menu.

   • Find your WhatsApp number listed in the panel.

   • Scroll to the right and click on the three dots below the Action column.

3. Enable Hello Integration

   • Click on “Integrations“ in the Action menu.

   • Toggle “Allow inbound in Hello” to ON.

   • Subscribe to a Hello plan (if not already).

   • Click Save.
     

     

4. Check Inbox in Hello

   • Open Hello Microservice → Manage → All Inboxes.

   • A new WhatsApp Inbox will appear.
     

     

5. Test the Setup

   • Send a message to your integrated WhatsApp Business number.

   • Check if the inbound message appears in the Chat section in Hello.
