4. Suspicious Activity – Multiple IPs, device changes, API abuse.

• Go to Meta Business Manager

• Navigate: Business Settings > Accounts > WhatsApp Accounts

• Look for any restriction notice

• Visit: Meta Direct Support

• Click Create Case > Select Policy Violation > Appeal Account Restriction

• Add: WABA ID, phone number, reason for appeal

  To Find Your WABA ID (WhatsApp Business Account ID)

  1. Go to Meta Business Settings

  2. In the left panel, click on “Accounts” → “WhatsApp Accounts”

  3. Select your WhatsApp Business Account

  4. Once selected, on the right panel, you will see the WABA ID displayed under the account name
