Common Reason of KYC Rejection

Here are the common reason of KYC Rejection:

• Name mismatch between documents and submitted details in the MSG91 account.

• Company Name mismatch between document and MSG91 account.

• The document photo is unclear, cropped, and too dark.

• Using an ID that has passed its validity date.

• Parts of the document are hidden or not fully visible.

• Address in the document doesn’t match the submitted address in MSG91 account.

• Legal documents missing certificate of incorporation, trademark certificate, MSME etc.

• Submitting documents that are not accepted as valid proof of identity or address

KYC is generally rejected for the above reasons, so please ensure that the details you are uploading match the information updated in your MSG91 account. The company name and GST details should be the same in MSG91 as in the document you are uploading.
