How can I change my username?

Once your MSG91 account username is created, it cannot be changed.
The username is not publicly visible and is only accessible within your MSG91 account for internal reference.

The registered email address of the MSG91 account cannot be modified once the account is created.

Alternative Option – Adding Team Members
If you need to provide access to a different email address, you can:
Add a new email address as a team member to your account
Assign appropriate roles such as:
Owner
Admin
User
