Our voice services are meant to be used only for registered users, not for unregistered audiences. As per this requirement, we need to verify that you have obtained proper voice consent from your end users.
Without valid voice consent, we will not be able to continue providing voice services to your account.
Please note: We are providing the voice services for transactional purposes only.
Consent Details Required
To ensure compliance, kindly share the following details showing that end users have opted in to receive voice calls from you:
You can share 4–5 sample records of end-user consent, valid for at least 6 months, along with proof of your relationship with the end users.
Date proof showing when the consent was provided (for example, a screenshot from your CRM or admin panel).
A snapshot of your Terms & Conditions page.
