Default country/country code/company settings

The country code can be configured based on your preference to make sending SMS more convenient:

If a country code is being added automatically and causing issues: The setting can be updated or disabled to prevent an incorrect country code from being added, allowing you to send messages to recipients in different countries using the correct country codes.

If you would like the country code to be added automatically: You can configure a default country code so that it is automatically added to recipient numbers when the country code is not entered manually.

This will help ensure that recipient numbers are formatted correctly and allow you to send SMS, WhatsApp, RCS smoothly without the need to manually add the country code each time.

1-Click on the drop-down

2-Click on More Settings

3-Go in company settings

From company settings, you will be able to set the default country and remove the default country as per your use case.
