Map Variables in the Campaign

When you have multiple templates of lets say WhatsApp templates, here is how you can map the variable for each template..

To map the templates in campaign at the time of launch campaign :

1. Go to Launch Campaign.

2. In Map - select the icon of the communication channel - here WhatsApp Icon as shown in the image:

3. Click on Map in the header- select the “Custom Value”

4. Upload the image as per your template:

5. In similar way - map the headers, button links of all the templates.

6. Map other details in the Map Section - like Phone number and Emails

7. Now you can proceed to launch the Campaign.
