How to enable a Voice bot in Voice services?
Step 1: Navigate to Caller IDs
Go to Voice Services.
Click on Numbers (Caller IDs).
Locate the number for which you want to assign a bot.
Hover over the extreme right side of that number’s row.
Click on the Edit button.

Step 2: Assign the Bot
In the pop-up window of Edit, select either Agent or Team, because it will not work on IVR flow.
Once selected, the Bot option will appear.
Choose the specific bot you want to assign to the selected number, the bot will appear in the list only if it has already been created in the Hello Service section.
Step 3: Create a Voice Bot (If Not Already Created)
To create a new Voice Bot:
Visit the Hello Service section.
Follow the instructions provided in the Step-by-Step Guide to create your Voice Bot.
You can also change the settings of the voice bot.

In the Primary Voice section of the Settings, select the voice you want to assign to the bot. Multiple voice options are available. You can click on Voice Preview to listen to how the selected voice sounds. Additionally, you can adjust the stability, speed, and similarity of the voice as needed.

Step 4:
Turn the toggle Voice Bot to On.
Once created, return to the Caller ID settings to assign it or you can assign the bot from the inbox settings.

Step 5: Save Changes
Click on Save to apply the configuration.
Result: The bot will be successfully assigned to the number whenever the user will call on the number, the bot will assist the user on call.
